We appreciate your business! If you require limousine service at a destination, our network of affiliates ensures we can provide luxury service wherever you go. Partners Transportation Group monitors all flight information, and your chauffeur will be ready when your plane lands.

Pick-Up Locations

We offer both Airport Meet and Greet and Curbside pick-up options. Please specify your preference at the time of booking. For Curbside pick-up, ensure your phone is on upon landing. You will receive a text or voicemail with the chauffeur’s contact details and the meeting location. If you don’t hear from us, please contact us immediately at 1-908-341-0298.

Important Note on Cancellations and No-Shows

Failure to contact us and opting for alternative transportation will result in a full charge to your account or credit card on file. No exceptions. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance via phone (NO EMAILS). Otherwise, the full charge will apply. No-shows will also incur full charges. No cancellations 24 hours before the trip no exceptions.

Changes to Reservations

All changes to existing reservations must be made via phone. We do not accept changes via text or email. No exceptions.

Last-Minute Flight Changes

If your flight is diverted last minute, the full charge will apply. No exceptions. We offer a 35 – minute grace period for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights. After the grace period, additional charges will apply based on vehicle type.

Payment Information

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with a credit card on file. The remaining 50% balance will be charged to the same credit card on the day of your scheduled pick-up. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Terms and Conditions for Stretch Limousine & Bus Services

1. Cancellation Policy for Stretch Limousines & Buses

* For Night in Town, Sport Events, Concerts, and Wine Tours, a full refund is available if canceled 30+ days before the pick-up date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the pick-up date are non-refundable.

* For Proms or Weddings, cancellations are refundable only if made 30+ days prior to the event. Cancellations within 30 days will incur NO REFUND. No exceptions.

2. Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of the event. Payments are processed securely.

3. Liability

Partners Transportation Group is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Vehicle Damage

Clients will be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misuse. Charges will be based on the severity of the damage.

5. Safety

Clients must ensure the safety of all passengers and drivers. Any behavior that jeopardizes safety (such as hanging out of sunroofs or using foul language) will result in immediate termination of the ride and full charges applied.

6. Cash Payments

Cash payments must be made in full before the trip begins. No exceptions.

7. Lost Items

We are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle after departure.

8. Fraudulent Chargebacks

IN THE EVENT OF A FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACK WHERE SERVICES WERE RENDERED AND THE MERCHANT PREVAILS, THE CLIENT AGREES TO PAY A $250 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE TO COVER PROCESSING AND LEGAL COSTS.

9. Vehicle Malfunction

If a vehicle malfunctions or is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar vehicle to fulfill the contractual obligation.

10. Additional Charges

Clients are responsible for any additional charges incurred, including waiting time, extra stops, or extended hours.

11. Reservation Confirmation

By placing a reservation, clients authorize Partners Transportation Group to charge the credit card on file in accordance with the policies outlined above.
